The DFP Tippet Spool Holder has been designed to hold tippet on its original spool, and allows easy access when clipped to wader braces, fishing vest or jacket. It has a replaceable Slice Ceramic Micro-Blade cutter and a powerful Neodymium Magnet fly holder.
They can hold 1 to 6 spools of tippet and are available for the manufacturers spools listed in the drop down menu. (please enquire if the type you require is not listed)
Description
The DFP Tippet Spool Holder has been designed to hold tippet on its original spool and allow easy access when clipped to wader braces, fishing vest or jacket. It has a Slice Ceramic Micro-Blade cutter and a powerful Neodymium magnet* which can be used to secure flies, or better still to secure a DFP tippet Nipper!
The spool holder is supplied with a Nite-Ize clip and fixing which can be removed to allow direct fitting to wader braces or other suitable strap.
The holder can be specified to hold up to 6 spools of tippet and is specific to the manufacturer’s spools. If the tippet you use isn’t listed, we can make a holder to suit.
*Neodymium magnets are not safe for anyone with a pacemaker, so if the spool holder is for someone with one, please ask us to supply it without the magnet.
