DFP Waste Tippet Holder

Description

The Waste Tippet Holder (WTH) has been designed for ease of use and has an extra wide tippet entry slot to help rapid pickup of the waste tippet by the Velcro.

The outer and inner parts of the WTH are 3D printed in a polymer developed for outdoor use and the inner drum has Extra Heavy Duty Velcro bonded to it which grabs and retains the waste tippet. Supplied with a Nite-Ize S-Biner for secure attachment.

Using the WTH is very straight forward, fold the waste tippet in half and again if it is long enough and with the Velcro showing in the slot, press the looped end onto the Velcro then rotate the knurled cap until the waste tippet is fully wound onto the drum.

Emptying is done by removing the inner sleeve from the outer body by gripping the knurled cap and pulling it out of the outer housing. (this does require a robust pull) Cutting the waste tippet down the slot in the inner sleeve with a pair of scissors allows it to be easily removed from the Velcro and disposed of.
